Adams & Martin Group is proud to partner with a well-respected boutique law firm in Carlsbad seeking an experienced Litigation Trial Paralegal to support a high-priority matter approaching trial. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive paralegal with 5+ years of litigation experience, including strong trial preparation skills.

Litigation Trial Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to lead trial counsel throughout all phases of litigation
• Draft, review, and manage motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and related documents
• Prepare, format, and submit filings in both state and federal courts
• Maintain and monitor litigation calendars, deadlines, and trial schedules
• Assist with all aspects of trial preparation, including exhibit management, binders, and court submissions
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and internal staff to ensure full trial readiness
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in motions practice, discovery management, and case organization
